IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:
- All of our items are made with love in the USA. I make all of my products at my shop located in Virginia Beach, VA. All products are inspected by me prior to packaging, prior to being shipped directly to you. Your received product will be very similar to the in real life mockup provided in the product listing, but not 100% exact. Due to the bleaching process, each shirt varies and is unique. No two tees will ever be exactly alike, so please be aware and embrace the differences. Color may vary with mockups due to monitor settings
- All shirts are unisex sizing. Ladies, please size up for relaxed fit looks
- I use different brands for certain colors due to my years of trial and error and discovering which color from which brand produces a higher quality final product. Therefore, not all colors offered are made by the same manufacturer.
- All items are made to order and considered custom. I do not accept returns or exchanges. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the proper size is requested when ordering. During the bleaching process sometimes small specs of bleach can reach the back of the shirt. Returns are not allowed for these natural flaws. If there is a larger than normal stain on back of shirt, please reach out immediately for an exception to my rules and receive an exchange. There will be no additional cost to the buyer. In the event there is an error on my part, the seller, with your order please reach out within 3 business days of receiving your order to have error corrected. There will be no additional cost to the buyer.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- Due to unpredictable inclement weather processing times may be increased. Please join https://www.facebook.com/groups/gobleached/ to stay up to date with any potential delays.
- Processing: Once the payment is received the order may take 12-30 days to process. We strive to process each order within 12 business days but like to allow a cushion in case this item needs a better sun day to bleach as close to white as possible. All orders are made to order and processed in order in which they were received.
- Shipping: All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS tracked mail. Please allow 2-5 days for transit. Sometimes it may take several days for your package to scan into the post office. Please be patient for your in-transit update.
Bleached Tee Product Care:
- Care: Our products are machine washable. Wash cold before wearing. Non-chlorine bleach, when needed. We recommend tumble dry, medium heat. Do not iron the print. Please refer to the care card within your package for additional instructions.
- For those with allergies PLEASE NOTE each shirt is washed with Tide Detergent after the bleaching process and Downy fabric softer is used during the drying process.
