Return Policy

All Sales are Final. Any and all sales transacted under this agreement are final and without recourse to both the Seller and the Purchaser. 

Bleached Tee Purchases:  We do not offer any returns or refunds on bleached tee orders unless we are at fault for a defect. However, if you have issues with any of the files, have any questions, or need further info, please contact me personally at gobleached@gmail.com

• All items are made to order and considered custom. I do not accept returns or exchanges. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the proper size is requested when ordering. During the bleaching process sometimes small specs of bleach can reach the back of the shirt. Returns are not allowed for these natural flaws. If there is a larger than normal stain on back of shirt, please reach out immediately for an exception to my rules and receive an exchange. There will be no additional cost to the buyer. In the event there is an error on my part, the seller, with your order please reach out within 3 business days of receiving your order to have error corrected. There will be no additional cost to the buyer.
• You acknowledge once it has left our shop we are not responsible for damages incurred by the shipper.
• No returns/refunds for shipping delays by shipper.
• Customer is responsible for verifying ship to address before checkout. We are not responsible if shipment is sent to wrong address.
•  You acknowledge each bleach tee is a made to order custom item and not all tees will look the same. Your received product will be very similar to the in real life mockup provided in the product listing, but not 100% exact. No two tees will ever be exactly alike, so please be aware and embrace the differences. 
• In the rare event an exchange is accepted, customer is responsible for shipping charges.
